On May 11 Neighborhood Ventures and Green Living magazine partnered to showcase Venture on Country Club’s upcycled renovations. We had the pleasure of connecting with readers and potential investors alike, to tour the grounds and show how Neighborhood Ventures repurposed key fixtures to lower their environmental impact. The event featured local vendors Los Sombreros and AZ Bartenders, as well as a raffle which raised $1000 in tickets and donations to support the Arizona Housing Fund.

Neighborhood Ventures was founded in 2017 when new crowdfunding laws paved the way for non-accredited Arizona residents to invest in commercial real estate. Arizonan’s can begin investing in local projects with as little as $1,000, building an investment portfolio that can create consistent cashflow.
