After the property has been stabilized it is now time to assess the sale options.

When the property has reached full-value potential it will be marketed and sold.

 

 

1-3 Years

Once the property is stabilized and generating cash flow, we begin sending monthly distributions to investors.

2-6 Months

We acquire retail and multifamily buildings via out vast network of apartment owners and sellers.

 

 

 

6-12 Months

To increase value we focus on the most important aspects for renters:

  • Kitchens
  • Bathrooms
  • Common areas

 

1-3 Years

Strong property management and rebranding increases newly remodeled property rents.

Once the property is stabilized and generating cash flow, we begin sending monthly distributions to investors.
