As we all navigate the challenges associated with COVID-19, it’s our pleasure to share some good news with you. Neighborhood Ventures has now closed on the Venture at Villa Hermosa property located at 5740 N 10th Street in Uptown Phoenix.
We will now begin the work to transform Venture at Villa Hermosa into a highly desirable destination in Uptown Phoenix. Over the next few months we will be preparing the property for our renovation plan, and we look forward to sharing renovation video updates so you can follow our progress.
