We're looking for an experienced, reliable Maintenance Technician to help keep our Phoenix-area communities in great shape. If you're a proactive problem-solver with strong all-around repair skills — plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC — we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities
- Complete and track maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform repairs and upkeep on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Handle carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including all required maintenance and cleaning.
- Conduct routine property inspections to spot and address issues early.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
What you bring
- At least 2 years in maintenance, property management, or a related field.
- Proven skills across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time well.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
