PTK spotlighted Jamison’s recent acquisition of Venture on 52nd Street, a 71-unit property in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood. The deal was purchased directly from the lender — more than 35% below its previous valuation — and our team launched the offering and raised $1.345 million from investors in just 36 hours.
