The Venture at Villa Hermosa Community Garden

PHOENIX, AZ (Sept. 2, 2021) —A year into stabilization, Venture at Villa Hermosa is thriving - for its investors and its residents! One of the finishing touches we added to the community after completing renovations was the addition of the community garden. This very special corner of the property has significantly improved the social aspect at Villa Hermosa, helping residents come together and enjoy the fresh produce. 

From growing the fruit to delivering a final product, this garden has contributed to make the area “Not only an apartment, but a whole home,” according to Villa Hermosa resident, Karl.
