Venture on Wilson Renovation Update - January 2019

Venture on Wilson Renovations continue in full force this month, here's a short video update on our progress. Renovation Update: EXTERIOR:

• Install remaining doors & windows
• Refresh Patio Privacy Fences
• Install exterior light fixtures
• Paint new wood fascia
• Paint all exterior wood paneling

INTERIOR:

• Install all interior doors
• Begin painting interiors
• Tile surround in bathrooms
• Prep for Floor Tile install

UPCOMING:

• Paint remaining interiors
• Flooring installation
• Kitchen cabinet installation on finished residences
• Appliance installation
• Landscaping
• First units to be completed by end of January
