Venture on Marlette Renovation Update - February 2019

Renovations are now in full swing at Venture on Marlette, beginning with both interior and exterior work. Here's a short video update on this months progress at Venture on Marlette, click the image to watch now. Renovation Update: EXTERIOR:

• Removal of the small shed and dumpster to the right of Venture on Marlette's entrance
• Removal of old concrete pool deck from courtyard, prep for new courtyard landscaping
• The old, damaged carport has been removed w/ a new one to be installed shortly

INTERIOR:

• Removal of outdated cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances
• Removal of mismatched ceramic tile flooring, doors, and light fixtures
• Contracts have been awarded and full scope of work determined
