Venture on Wilson Renovation Update - February 2019

Venture on Wilson Renovations near completion, here's a short video update on our progress. Venture on Wilson Renovation Update:
  • All major exterior work is complete with the exception of Landscaping
  • Interior renovations and all finish work has begun, interiors have been painted and flooring is being installed
  • Cabinets, appliances and fixtures will be installed with the completion of floor tile installation in the next few weeks
  • We had a few residents who chose to stay in their units during the renovation period. This delayed the renovation by several weeks as we worked around these residents.
  • We expect pre-leasing to begin in March, a few weeks before the renovation is completed.
