Venture at Route 66 is a 24 unit McMillan Mesa treasure, located at 1914 E Mountain View Ave., Flagstaff, Arizona 86004.

The company plans to renovate the interior of each unit with fixtures, hardware, flooring, updated painting, and appliances. On the exterior we plan to transform the look of the property by getting new doors, painting all of the exteriors, and updating the landscaping.

Renovations will begin as soon as the property is acquired. We expect the property to be fully leased and stabilized approximately 8 months after acquisition.

It is anticipated that after the property has been upgraded and stabilized it will either be sold for approximately $4,400,000 million or refinanced after a three-year period.
