Investors take a break from the heat to explore Flagstaff at Venture on Elden open house

On July 30th, Neighborhood Ventures showcased the newly renovated Venture on Elden in their first-ever Flagstaff open house. Venture on Elden's renovations was completed in July of 2022 and is now leasing. Investors were invited to walk through the property, enjoy lunch from Proper Meats and Provisions, and mingle with co-founders John Kobierowski and Jamison Manwaring.
The company's other Flagstaff acquisition, Venture at Route 66, was available for tours to show the progress mid renovations. Updates on this venture's progress will continue to be shown in Neighborhood Ventures' weekly podcast Kiss my Assets.
