Neighborhood Ventures Launches New Investment Platform

 

PHOENIX — Arizona-based real estate crowdfunding company, Neighborhood Ventures, is proud to announce the release of their brand new Investor Platform and Dashboard (IPD). Known for their rapid rate of innovation, the company set out to dramatically improve the investment experience for their multifamily and commercial real estate project funders.

Neighborhood Ventures offers investment opportunities to Arizona residents of all income levels, with a minimum investment amount of just $1,000. To date, the group has purchased 13 properties and sold four of them, paying investors a 12% preferred annual return on their investments.

The new platform will give investors the ability to not only invest in projects but also allow them to visually see and keep track of the progress of their investments.

Now live, the platform features the following updates:

  • Investment Tracking: The new platform will feature everything from an investment amount tracker to a distributions growth tracker. Investors will also notice some new features such as a “Cash Available” tool which allows them to view how much from their distributions they are earning. With this tool, investors will be able to reinvest in future Neighborhood Ventures projects right from the dashboard.
  • Document Processing: Investors now have the ability to upload documents directly to the platform rather than going back and forth via email, further facilitating a seamless and user-friendly process.
  • Custom Profiles: A new personal profile feature will give investors the ability to keep track of different profiles under their account, including, LLCs, Trusts, and IRAs.

As it stands, most crowdfunding investment platforms are complex and require companies to update investors via email which can make an investor feel disconnected to their money and the project. With this updated platform, the Neighborhood Ventures team aims to build trust and a community of well-informed wealth managers. Developers will continue to add updates throughout the rest of the year that enhance the investor experience, such as custom profiles and an option to auto-invest.
