Project Overview

Venture on 66th is an 8 unit property a short distance from Old Town Scottsdale. This area continues to be a coveted destination for high-end shopping, restaurants, art galleries, nightlife, and major community events, both for out of town tourists as well as area residents. We plan to perform a transformative renovation to the property and then furnish each unit with contemporary and well designed linens and textiles. We intend to manage the property as an Airbnb or short term vacation rental (although it is also suitable as a traditional apartment property.)
