Venture on Marlette is a two-story, 14-unit apartment building with a 21st century updated color palette, colorful mural, modern touches, all working together to create a desirable urban community.

We have renovated all 14 units over a period of 6 months. Renovations included upgrades to unit appliances, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and common areas. Upon completion of the renovation, all rents were in line with the market.

We have recently sold Venture on Marlette to a buyer on April 20, 2021.
